About

About Me

I have nearly 10 years of clinical experience specializing in the treatment of co-occurring eating disorders and substance use disorders. I earned my undergraduate degree from Chapman University and a Master’s in Counseling from Brandman University. My training and hands-on experience inform a practical, compassionate approach, and I’m no stranger to crisis—I guide clients through life’s most challenging moments and help them reach the other side.

I work with women navigating eating disorders, body image struggles, anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. Using CBT and ACT, I help clients spot unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, reframe difficult emotions, and make choices that align with their values. Therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about learning to respond to yourself with clarity, compassion, and care.

My goal is to help you understand the patterns behind your challenges, strengthen self-compassion, and live more freely in your body and your life. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space—and I invite you to reach out if this feels like the right fit.

Specializing in Eating Disorders, Anxiety, and Emotional Wellness

Eating Disorders

With 8 years of clinical experience, I work collaboratively with clients to address the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that fuel disordered eating. Together, we challenge rigid rules and avoidance, build flexibility and self-compassion, and practice real-world skills, so clients can feel more at ease in their bodies and live fully.

Anxiety

I provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, and burnout. We focus on identifying and modifying unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, building coping skills, and enhancing emotional regulation to reduce symptoms and improve overall functioning.

Body Image and Self-Esteem

I offer therapeutic interventions to address body image issues, self-esteem, and identity exploration. My approach focuses on promoting a healthy and positive self-image, fostering self-compassion, and cultivating a strong sense of self-worth.

Addiction & Substance Abuse

Together, we focus on rebuilding healthy routines, strengthening support systems, and fostering resilience, self-compassion, and accountability. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world application, helping clients maintain sobriety while improving overall well-being and life satisfaction.

Stress Management and Burnout

I offer support for stress management and burnout, helping individuals develop effective coping strategies and resilience to navigate life's challenges.

Self Esteem

Self-Esteem and Identity exploration is an integral part of our therapy process. I provide a safe space for individuals to explore and understand their self-criticism, identity, values, and beliefs. We work together to develop self-esteem and a greater sense of self.
