Eating Disorders & Body Image
I provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy for individuals struggling with eating disorders, including binge eating, restriction, purging, chronic dieting, and body image concerns. These challenges are often linked to perfectionism, self-criticism, and emotional regulation difficulties, and my approach addresses both behaviors and the underlying patterns that maintain them. Using CBT and ACT, I help clients identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, develop coping strategies, and practice skills in real-life situations. Interventions such as guided meal outings, is an important part of treatment, helping clients build confidence and practice nourishment in everyday settings. We also focus on improving body image, fostering self-compassion, and making values-based choices that support meaningful, sustainable change. Therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client, helping individuals feel more at ease in their bodies, reduce the influence of disordered behaviors, and live with greater confidence and balance.
Anxiety, Stress, and Burnout
I help clients identify unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, process and reframe them using cognitive techniques, track and challenge them with tools like thought logs, and practice skills in real-life situations to manage anxiety, stress, and burnout. Treatment also incorporates mindfulness, values-based goal setting, and strategies to strengthen emotional regulation and self-compassion. My approach is practical, collaborative, and tailored to each client, helping individuals feel more grounded, confident, and able to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and balance.
Addiction Issues
With nearly 10 years in personal recovery, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to addiction counseling. I work with clients to understand triggers, develop relapse prevention plans, navigate cravings, and build coping strategies for high-risk situations. Together, we focus on rebuilding healthy routines, strengthening support systems, and fostering resilience, self-compassion, and accountability. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world application, helping clients maintain sobriety while improving overall well-being and life satisfaction.
Self Esteem & Sense of Self
I work with clients to strengthen self-esteem and develop a clearer, more grounded sense of self. Many struggle with self-criticism, perfectionism, or a sense of being defined by external expectations, and my approach helps identify the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that maintain these challenges. Using CBT and ACT, I guide clients in reframing unhelpful thinking, building self-compassion, and practicing behaviors that reflect their values and authentic identity. Booking & Payment
I offer both in-person and online therapy sessions to provide flexibility and convenience for your schedule. Appointments can be booked directly through my website or by contacting me via phone or email. I accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo and Zelle. For clients using insurance, I provide superbills to help with out-of-network reimbursement. My goal is to make accessing therapy as seamless and accessible as possible so you can focus on your growth and well-being.
