My Specialities Chose Me...
My work has largely focused on supporting women struggling with co-occurring eating disorders, substance use, trauma, and mental health concerns. Walking alongside clients in their recovery journeys has deepened my appreciation for the resilience people carry, even in their most difficult moments. These experiences have shaped my belief that healing is possible when we approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and support.
